Click on the title and date of the program you participated in. You will be taken to a brief evaluation that after completing, you will be able to download your certificate of completion.
IF YOU DO NOT COMPLETE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE ACTIVITY DATE YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RETRIEVE YOUR STATEMENT OF PARTICIPATION.
